What people ask before they book
How much is it, really?
Invisalign packages start from AED 7,250. Every package covers your aligners, one set of refinements, and whitening at the end of treatment. Further refinements and your retainers, fixed or Vivera, are costed separately. What moves the price is how far your teeth have to travel, because more movement means more aligners, which is why we scan before quoting instead of giving you a range over the phone.
Does it hurt?
Not painful, but not nothing either. Most people feel pressure or tightness for a day or two after switching to a new aligner, which is the tooth movement happening, and it settles. There are no brackets or wires, so you avoid the ulcers and cheek irritation that come with fixed braces. If an edge feels sharp we smooth it in a two-minute appointment.
How long will it take?
Most cases run 3 to 12 months. How long you wear each aligner and how often you come in for a review are prescribed by your dentist, and your own timeline comes out of the scan rather than out of an average.

That is one of the most common reasons people come in, and it is almost always retainers. Teeth keep wanting to drift for life, so the retainer is not the optional bit at the end, it is what makes the treatment hold. We will quote your retainers, fixed or Vivera, alongside the treatment so you know that cost before you start rather than at the end.
How many hours a day do I have to wear them?
20 to 22 hours, which in practice means everything except eating, drinking anything other than water, and brushing. It is the single biggest factor in whether treatment finishes on time. If wear time slips the teeth stop tracking and the treatment runs long, so we would rather be straight with you about that now.
Will my insurance cover it?
Some UAE policies include an orthodontic benefit, though many exclude adult orthodontics or cap it well below the full cost, and cover differs between individual and corporate policies with the same insurer. We check your policy before treatment and tell you exactly what is claimable. Where it falls short, 0% instalments spread the balance.
What happens after I send the form?
Reception calls you to book the scan at a time that works, including evenings and weekends. The appointment takes about 30 minutes, you'll be provided with your smile scan visuals, your quote and detailed treatment plan.
What if aligners cannot
fix my teeth?
Then we tell you at the assessment and you pay nothing. Aligners handle crowding, gaps and mild rotation very well, and some bites genuinely need fixed braces or a combination.
The dentist assessing you gives you the straight answer, and refers you to our specialist orthodontist where the case calls for it, rather than selling you the treatment you walked in asking for.
